If your native language is not English you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency in line with our English Language Policy. For undergraduate study this means you need an IELTS test at 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5. For postgraduate study, IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0 is required. Alternatively we accept a minimum of 6/10 at Year 7 or 7.5 at Year 6 in English Language from the International Baccalaureate.
If you have completed at least 2 years of education entirely through English within the last 5 years (and have the official evidence to support this claim), you may be exempt from taking an IELTS.
